DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground. Shipping costs include handling charges. If you would like insurance placed on your shipment, please call us to make arrangements. Orders that are in stock are typically shipped within 3-5 days. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. If you need an item shipped sooner or Fed Ex overnight, please call us at 949-766-2871. Leave your name and phone number and mention RUSH DELIVERY please. We will call you back the same day to make arrangements. Please note that additional standard rush charges will accrue for rush deliveries. Fed Ex overnight delivery requests will be shipped out the same day if received before 10 am. Please note that Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O. boxes!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are working on getting our site set-up to accept international orders... Until then, if you are an international customer - please Contact Us so we can calculate your shipping costs. You will be charged for domestic shipping charges if you make payments through the PayPal’s Shopping cart without notifying us first, and then additional charges will be billed before an item can be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue.
RETURN POLICY
We allow returns up to 14 days from date of purchase for a refund. A return will be issued after our inspection to make sure the product is unused and in the original condition that it was shipped. We reserve the right to deny a return based on our inspection. On ALL returns or exchanges, a $5 surcharge will be charged to cover the fees we incur and will be deducted from your return amount to cover the fees we had to pay to PayPal for the original transaction. Each time a transaction goes through PayPal, whether it is a purchase or a return; PayPal charges us a fee - this surcharge covers those costs.
Discounted or sale items are not returnable. You will not be refunded original shipping and handling costs, only the original cost of the item plus sales tax. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
