OUR GUARANTEE
We stand by our products, but we know that things happen. In order to create unique products, we often experiment with different types of materials, and hardware for our handbags. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, or something breaks or comes loose...we offer a guarantee to fix the item, or replace your item at no cost to you. If something does happen to your item, and is beyond the usual wear and tear and use of life...contact us within a reasonable time frame and we will set it straight. That is our product guarantee!
HOW TO SHOP
You are guaranteed safe transactions via PayPal while shopping on our site. We manually update our site when something sells. As we make only one of a kind handbag, be sure to purchase the one you like in a timely manner. In the event that two people buy the same item before the "SOLD" button goes up, the first person to order will receive the item, while we will refund the money of the second buyer. We encourage you to hit "refresh" on your screen, do not bookmark specific pages just bookmark our homepage instead, and do not leave items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. All of these actions may lead to being able to purchase something that is no longer for sale. Please email us with any concerns or questions.
If you have difficulty with our secure server ordering system, you are welcome to e-mail orders to: shop@pursetime4U.com. We will send you an invoice verifying your order and the amount due, including the shipping and handling costs as noted. Please include a check or money order in the amount of the total purchase. Orders from outside the continental USA please inquire at Purse Time 4U: 949-766-2871. Please allow 10-12 business days for shipping of merchandise for check clearance.

USE OF PROPS
We often use props such as antique clocks, sunglasses, lipstick, flowers, cell phones, etc. in our photography to give our clients a size comparison. These props are not included in the price or purchase and are not for sale.
Exclusion: pins shown are included with the handbag.
ORDERING MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
Shipping is calculated per number of items purchased, and is calculated into individual item prices. If you are purchasing more than one item, before you check out give us a call or send us an email. We can recalculate your charges and ship for less if we ship all your items together! If you do not contact us before your purchase, we cannot refund your shipping overage charges without applying a $5 fee for Paypal fees accrued for the extra transaction.

Credit Cards: We love PayPal...and you NO LONGER NEED A PayPal account to use our services! You can safely and easily shop at Purse Time 4U.com with your credit card through PayPal’s secured services. Orders will be processed and shipped when your payment has been authorized and verified.

We will temporarily place the item on hold for sale pending. Upon receiving payment, your item will be shipped. If we do not receive your payment in a reasonable amount of time, the item will be placed back on the site for sale.

YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE...Someone will call you back within 24 hours to take your order.
